Lunaris Gemstones uses Paypal Express Checkout and ships via Australia Post registered mail. Our shopping cart needs to know your billing/shipping address before it calculates the relevant shipping rates.

Shipping charges will not show during the first part of the checkout procedure. Customers are first taken to the PayPal page to input credit card information and address. Once PayPal has a billing address, the shopping cart calculates the applicable shipping charges.

Shipping charges are based on the total weight of your parcel.

We will endeavour to despatch your items to you within 72 hours of payment being received by us. All items posted within Australia will be sent via Australia Post registered parcel service with adequate insurance cover. We will send all items with insurance - this is not negotiable. All posted items will require a signature upon delivery. All items will be packaged with appropriate materials (eg bubble wrap) for safe shipping.

Upon receipt, please check for any irregularities (damaged parcel and or goods). If your parcel  appears damaged on arrival, you must not sign for it or accept it upon delivery. If your goods  arrive and are damaged, we will require digital photographs of the damaged item/items, packaging and the packaging it was sent in as soon as possible. Once we have received these details, we will refund the full cost of the purchase price within seven (7) days. Similarly, if you are not happy with your purchase, return the product(s) in original condition that you received it for a full refund minus postal charges. In this case you pay the return postage cost.
